Charles Rose is pleased to introduce our new Lettings & Property Management Manager – Erin Forde.

Experience & Knowledge

Erin has many years’ experience in the Letting and Property Management industry, and has previously worked for one the country’s largest letting and estate agents. Erin has overseen the management of over 5,000 properties, with the help of a large team of staff that were under her management.

Passion & Conduct

Erin is so passionate about this industry, and has had great successes in her career to date. She prides herself on delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to her clients, and is excited to now start offering a tailored Lettings and Property Management service within Charles Rose Properties.

Landlords: Lettings & Property Management Clinic

With so much heat on the Lettings industry right now, Erin has decided to host a Landlords: Letting and Property Management Clinic on Saturday 13th April 2019, 9.00am – 3.00pm.

The event will be educational, with lots of information on the current market, and will be useful not only for landlords that are letting at this time, but also potential property investors that are considering purchasing a buy-to-let property or properties in the near future.

When booking a place at the event, you will also benefit from a 1-2-1 consultation with Erin, where she will be on-hand to answer your questions and give any expert advice that you might be looking for.
